Erik Krenz is doing this thing where he's drawing characters from movies in specific memorable movie clothing. Lots of people have suggestions for him, namely myself, because I am sort of maybe probably a movie dork and possibly watch too many movies maybe. So Krenz was super nice and we sort of made a deal that he would draw the ladies, and I would draw the guys. SO. Here's Steve Martin in The Jerk.

I read this anecdotal thing about Winston Churchill and his cat, Nelson, and how he'd always talk to him and this made him seem slightly weird and insane which is apparently what happens to everyone when they have a cat.

Also I think this comic pretty is pretty conclusive evidence that I have not even the faintest idea what an air raid looks like.

I don't really listen to the New York Dolls, I just like David Johansen's face. This doesn't really look like him as much as I would have liked, but I guess not that many people know what he looks like anyway, so it all works out. Mostly just an excuse to figure out watercolor some more.
